Want to Park a Conversation Window on the Screen

I am using msn to get trained in an online application. When someone is giving me instructions and I go to the browser screen to do something, the msn screen disappears (minimizes) so I have to keep bringing it up to see what the person is telling me. If I could park that conversation window on top, i woudnt get so frustrated.
