Itunes is unable to burn a cd. I get an message saying the disc burner or software is not found. I have a Gateway model 500x . My serial number is 0030265731 Apple says I need updated driver and firmware. I think I need HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8481b and JLMS XJ-HD 1665. I don't know how to remove filters. Can you help me please?
