My two Microsoft drives - DVD and CD-ROM - are no longer re

My two Microsoft drives - DVD and CD-ROM - are no longer recognizing discs. I cannot find any Microsoft website that will help me update them. I have:  _NEC DV-5800A Version 5.1.2535.0   and  _NEC NR-7800A Version 5.1.2535.0
