I recently set up Outlook and linked it with my Yahoo email

I recently set up Outlook and linked it with my Yahoo email. It drew in my Inbox from Yahoo. Because I did not need the emails in both places, I deleted the Inbox in Outlook thinking it would still be in Yahoo. However, in going back to Yahoo, nothing was there. Is there any way to get these emails back? At the time I emptied the deleted folder as well in Outlook so they are not there either.
I downloaded a software called Mailnavigator which said they can recover the email but will need to pay for the service and I don't know if it will work. Thank you for your help.
