Follow these steps to create outlook account with Earthlink mail.
1.Open Outlook and click on Tools and click Account settings.
2.On the E-mail tab, and click New.
3.Click on Manually configure server settings or additional server types, and click Next.
4.Select Internet E-mail, and click Next.
5.Under user information enter your name and email address.
6.Under serverinformation select Account type as POP3.
7.Under Incoming mail server, type in your POP server. (You need to contact your service provider to know your POP server)
8.For outgoing mail servre type smtpauth.earthlink.net .
9.Under username type your complete email address.
10.Type in your password for the e-mail address entered above, and select box Remember password.
11.Click more settings.
12.Click the Outgoing Server tab, and select the box labeled My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
13.Click the Advanced tab.
14.Under Incoming Server (POP3),the port number should be set to 110.
15.Under Outgoing Server (SMTP), the port number should be set to 587 and click OK.
