I keep getting the error message that IE can't display the page for hotmail, live or any windows apps. I can get to google, facebook and other websites. I was logged in fine this morning, but when I came back after a period of time, that's when it started. I've rebooted, I've disconnected and reconnected my wireless connection. Is Window Live and/or Hotmail down?

Clear the cookies, temporary internet files and browsing history and restart IE.
Check if you can view the hotmail page.

Internet Explorer 7
1.Start Internet Explorer.
2.On the Tools menu, click Delete Browsing History.
3.Select the check box next to Temporary Internet Files.
4.Select the check box next to History.
5.Select the check box next to Form data.
6.Select the check box next to Cookies.
7.At the bottom of window, click Delete.
8.Close Internet Explorer, start Internet Explorer again, and then try to access the Web page.

2.On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3.In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete files, and then click to select the Delete all offline content text box and click OK.
4.In the History section, click Clear history, and then click Yes.
5.Close Internet Explorer, start Internet Explorer again, and then try to access the Web page.
