Hi Joe,

You have to scan your pst file. Folow these steps to do that.
Normally  pst file will be located here.
C drive:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
Open My computer and click on Tools and select Folder options.
Click on View and select Show hidden files and folders.
To run scanpst, flow these steps.
1.Click on start button and click on search files and folders.
2.In the search box, type Scanpst.exe.
3.Double-click the Scanpst.exe file to open the program.
4.Click Browse to locate the .pst file.
5.Locate the .pst file from this location
C drive:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook  (normally this will be the location)
6.Click Start. The Inbox Repair Tool scans the file and reports whether it found any errors.
7.Click OK.

Let me know if it reports any error.
