			<description><![CDATA[About a week ago, all Office 2007 programs, including outlook, I get a "windows Installer" pop-up when I go to open any program or document.  It takes a few minutes to run the windows config before the program will open.  How can I fix this so they will open automatically as they use to?  Thanks Dave]]></description>
