Hi Maureen,

The process of moving Outlook Express files to MS Outlook could be very simple if the data was on the same computer.
Your Outlook express files need to be moved to the new computer and for that there are 2 options :
1. Backup the data to a detachable drive
2. Upload the data to an Online space and download it to your laptop

If you can do it yourself, once you have the data on the new laptop, you just need to import the files to Outlook.

If you need Expert help, please let us know and we can get a Tech to help you do it. Needless to say, this might cost you some $ but it would be cheaper and safer compared to any other Technical Support.

Let me know if this helps.

Cheers !

Hi Maureen!

Are both the computers connected to each other? OR Do you have the Outlook Express files (.dbx) on a CR ROM or a Detachable hard disk?

Cheers !
